 Deeply toasted bread and dark fruit lead into a full and smooth body. This brew is our ode to malty beers and all that they have to offer.  This favorite brew is hopped entirely with Nugget, a varietal grown at Seaside Hops on Virginia’s Eastern Shore.

 Where four waterways meet on the southwestern side of Chincoteague Island, The Four Mouths blends four different hops (Mosaic + El Dorado + Hallertau Blanc + Callista) in a soft, east coast style for a juicy, soft and resinous brew.

  Inspired by the German Gose style, this briny beer incorporates Eastern Shore raw wheat, two gallons of oyster flesh, and fifteen gallons of oyster liquor in each batch.  It's fermented with a naturally occurring yeast strain found from our famous Salt oysters.

 Brewed using Murphy & Rude’s rich English Pale malt and a blend of roasted malts, this beer is smooth and clean.  We added 20lbs of Island View Farm’s wild fennel fronds with 10 minutes left in the boil to impart their deep licorice notes.

 Fermented with our oyster yeast and multiple brett strains, this wild ale is bursting with tropical fruit aromas.  Brewed with Eastern Shore Wheat and dry-hopped with Mosaic, this beer highlights how full and vibrant a low alcohol brew can be.

 Highlighting the subtlety of Murphy & Rude's VA grown and malted barley, this collaboration brew is meant to reflect the dryness and refreshing nature of Champagne.  The effervescent and aromatic hop profile comes from Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado.

 We brewed this beer with a blend of Belgian and French Saison yeast and let it free-rise.  Made with all VA-grown Pilsner malt, Eastern Shore MD raw wheat and hopped exclusively with Goldings, this beer is crisp dry and refreshing.

 Fermented with a blend of our oyster yeast and multiple Brett strains, this beer was aged on NJ blueberries and VA blackberries. We also added local Holy Basil to the mix from Perennial Roots Farm to give it a really lovely depth of flavor.
