 Where four waterways meet on the southwestern side of Chincoteague Island, The Four Mouths blends four different hops (Mosaic + El Dorado + Hallertau Blanc + Callista) in a soft, east coast style for a juicy, soft and resinous brew.

 Brewed in collaboration with Country Boy and Right Proper Brewing, we used a simple grist of pilsner malt and flaked corn plus various hops to mimic flavors of brut champagne.  This very dry and effervescent beer is reminiscent of white sangria.

KICKED

  Inspired by the German Gose style, this briny beer incorporates Eastern Shore raw wheat, two gallons of oyster flesh, and fifteen gallons of oyster liquor in each batch.  It's fermented with a naturally occurring yeast strain found from our famous Salt oysters.

 Fermented with our oyster yeast and multiple brett strains, this wild ale is bursting with tropical fruit aromas.  Brewed with Eastern Shore Wheat and dry-hopped with Mosaic, this beer highlights how full and vibrant a low alcohol brew can be.

 We took Little Bay and put it into used wild barrels from Denizens Brewing.  These barrels now house a blend of our cultures and theirs. This inaugural beer showcases firm notes of funk and oak, lemon zest and finishes with a ginger-like spice.

 For us, there’s as much beauty in subtlety and restraint as there is in bold flavors.  This beer is both easy-drinking and complex enough with it’s toffee, toasted bread, and herbal tea notes to find something new with each sip.

 To celebrate this marriage (roasty stout and fruity chocolate) we drew from our love of all things CAPS and their voice, John Walton.  The catchphrase carried us through many an intense game and this stout carried us through to the Stanley Cup.
